Welcome to Elwella Travel LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By engaging our travel planning or booking services, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Elwella Travel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides personalized travel planning and advisory services, which may include:
Custom trip design and consultation
Hotel, cruise, and tour bookings
Transportation and activity coordination
Travel insurance assistance (if requested)
All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and insurance companies). We act solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and these suppliers.

2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for all travelers
Ensure that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and required documents for entry into each destination
Review all travel documents and supplier terms carefully
Make all required payments by the agreed-upon deadlines
Comply with supplier policies and travel regulations
Elwella Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

3. Planning Fees and Payments
A non-refundable planning fee is required before proposal work begins.
Travel costs (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc.) are billed directly to you by the supplier or charged to your credit card with authorization.
Pricing is subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
Additional supplier deposits or payments may be required to secure reservations.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if payment terms are not met.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Each travel supplier has its own cancellation, refund, and change policies, which will apply to your booking.
We will assist in facilitating cancellations or modifications, but the final decision and refund (if applicable) rest with the supplier.
Elwella Travel’s planning fees and service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional costs or penalties.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
We can connect you with reputable insurance providers but do not sell or underwrite insurance directly. The client is responsible for reviewing policy details and ensuring adequate coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability
Elwella Travel LLC acts only as an agent between clients and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:
Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers
Flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or lost luggage
Illness, injury, property loss, or other damages that occur during travel
Events beyond our control (including weather, pandemics, strikes, or government actions)
In no event shall Elwella Travel LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your recourse is limited to claims directly with the supplier(s) involved.

7. Documentation & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers:
Possess valid passports (with at least six months’ validity from the return date)
Obtain required visas, vaccinations, or health certificates
Comply with customs, immigration, and health regulations
We can provide guidance but are not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or missed travel due to documentation issues.

8. Marketing & Communications
By engaging our services, you consent to receive trip-related communications from Elwella Travel. You may also opt in to receive newsletters or updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Photos, testimonials, or trip highlights may be shared on our marketing channels with your consent only.

9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above indicates the most recent version. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal court located in New Hampshire.
